Report a problem
Include your phone model, OS version, app version and what the screen showed. For friend play, say whether your friend's video was visible and whether you used Wi-Fi or mobile data. Never send your guest credential or another person's photo.

Delete guest data
Open Help & privacy → Delete online guest data in Face Duel for your current guest. Replacing a guest does not delete the previous guest's server records. If you cannot access the guest, email [email protected] to discuss a deletion request. Sending an email does not itself confirm deletion.
